Development co-operation: Portugal
The competence of the Ministry
of Foreign Affairs in Portugal are in the areas of international
policy, development co-operation, the promotion and defence of the
Portuguese interests and citizens abroad, international negotiations
and representing Portugal in other states and international
organisations.
The Institute
for Portuguese Co-operation is an autonomous institute that
operates under the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
